Michael R. Kneale
CEO
One of the original founders of GreyStar Corporation, with almost 40 years experience in the energy industry. As a graduate (Mechanical Engineering) of Loughborough University in England, Mike joined Ruston Gas Turbines in the UK; and has since worked for various engineering, fabrication and service companies. The past 25 years have been spent working in the “O&M” sector of the energy business in various parts of the world.
John Seeger
President
John Seeger is the President of GreyStar Corporation. Over the last 15 years, John has managed and lead operations in oil and gas and the military. His experience includes integrity management, well operations, offshore construction, permitting and abandonment. John holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Jeffery L. Powers
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey L. Powers is GreyStar's Chief Financial Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of finance and accounting experience. Just prior to coming to GreyStar, he was Vice President and Controller of Battle Mountain Gold Company, an international gold mining company, where he worked for ten years. Mr. Powers graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1973.
Will Burks
Vice President - U.S. Domestic Operations
Will Burks is the Vice President of Domestic Operations for GreyStar Corporation. Will holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Over the last 20 years he has worked in every sector of the oil and gas industry from the reservoir to the burner tip. His experience includes: asset integrity & risk management, operations and regulatory consulting. He has started business units and companies centered on technical services and consulting.
William (Bill) H. Settle
Operations Manager - Western Region
Mr. Settle holds a degree Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of project and construction management of oil & gas, production, refining and petro-chemical facilities. Project development is a significant part of Mr. Settle's career from concept through engineering, construction and the successful operation of a finished and installed facility.
