Project: Western Libya Gas Project, which exports natural gas to Europe.

Scope:
GreyStar is responsible for all maintenance of the Sabratha offshore platform including:
• Supervision; Skilled Crafts and Support Personnel
• Maintenance Engineering
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Implementation of the MAXIMO CMMS Program
• Materials Management and Inventory Control
The scope of work includes the general maintenance services of the Sabratha platform and execution of all maintenance interventions including corrective, preventive, predictive, minor modifications, improvements and extraordinary maintenance and maintenance service for gas turbines with driven equipment sets and gas compressors.
A CMMS tool is utilized to manage the entire process of maintenance, from need definition to the activity execution and close out/registration.
