PEMEX System 1, Mexico
Project: PEMEX System One (Region Marina Suroeste)
Term: Project began 2009, 10 year term
Location: Onshore / offshore Mexico in states of Tabasco and Campeche
Description: Crude oil gathering, conditioning and blending for transportation to refineries within Mexico or for international export.
Heavy Mayan crude is gathered offshore and pumped to the marine terminal at Dos Bocas. Light crude is also pumped to the terminal from onshore fields. Conditioned, blended crude is pumped to refineries or is exported from Dos Bocas or from the offshore export facility, Cayo Arcas.
These facilities handle 63% of Mexico's crude oil production.
Greystar Deliverables Include:
Planning, programming, directing and evaluation of each annual work plan
Technical assistance for the project including the Transference of Best Practices and Knowledge to PEMEX personnel.
Development of a comprehensive spare parts list for all installations along with establishing minimum and maximum stocking levels.
Development of the Annual Work Plan from a technical perspective including reviewing all static and rotating equipment, comparing the actual equipment inventory to the manifest and identifying anomalies.
Assist in the development and implementation of best industry and management practices with respect to the reliability and maintainability of the Pemex System One project including strict compliance with all environmental and safety requirements.
Implement a CMMS using MAXIMO but interfacing with SAP.
